Winter Field Pass

These passes are for those with an eye for natural beauty, and for those who see that what is here is enough.

Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing your time slot it is assumed you have read and agree to the Photographer Terms of Service.

The Details:

• One morning pass from 7:00-9:00 AM on the booked date. Please have a printed confirmation of booking with you when you come to photograph. Photographers and their clients should be cleaned up by the time our business hours begin at 9:00 AM.

• Photographers will have access to all outdoor space

• During your time, absolutely no moving of or tampering with things on the land

• Absolutely no props

• Please be thoughtful and respectful of the land and work we do here. As the photographer you are also responsible for making sure your clients are thoughtful and respectful as well

May Tree Farm Cancellation Policy:

Passes are limited, therefore we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching dates. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated. A forty-eight hour notice of cancellation is appreciated.

We also request photographers and videographers cite or tag us (@maytreefarm) when using images for marketing purposes.
